Sun Safety

We all enjoy a spot of sun and when it's out we expose ourselves to it at every possible convenience. Here in Weymouth and Portland we generally have excellent sunshine records compared to elsewhere in the UK. With the sun comes the risk over over exposure, burning and worse so take care when visiting our resort and slap on that sun screen. Enjoy the sun, we're British and sunny days need to be taken full advantage of but do it safely!

Caution: The UV readings do not take into account UV reflected off snow, sand, or water, which can significantly increase the amount of UV to which you are exposed.
