Weymouth and Portland Borough Council is working towards making sure that everyone can use all our services.
We have commissioned Customer Access and Audit Reports on all our Buildings and where there are Access Problems we will either put them right or, if this is not possible, we will find a different way to provide the service.
We are trying to make sure that all our Information and forms are clear, easy to read and available in other formats such as Large Print, Audio tapes and different languages.
Our Web site is designed to be as easy to use as possible and to provide a different way to get information, talk to Councillors and Staff and even pay bills.
